Research sets the direction. Technical work makes your site legible. Content, conversion and credibility build on that foundation. You see the work and the evidence as the programme develops.
Five phases. A clear output from each.
These are the five parts of delivery, in working order. They are not five sealed stages: content and optimisation continue, while conversion and credibility work can overlap once the foundations are in place. The Command Centre runs alongside them.
The Growth Blueprint
The research phase: a map of the keywords and questions your buyers use, a gap analysis of your competitors, a profile of your ideal customer and their buying journey, and the roadmap the whole programme runs on.
What you see at the end
Your question and keyword map, competitor gaps, customer profile and buying journey, brought together in the roadmap for the programme.
AI-Visibility Foundation
The technical work that makes your site legible to AI systems: structured data (schema), consistent business facts (entities), and machine signposting (llms.txt).
What you see at the end
The technical changes to your site: structured data, consistent business facts and machine signposting. These make your information easier to interpret; they do not make an engine cite it.
Answer-Engine Content Machine
Professionally produced, AI-optimised pieces of content every month, each written to win a specific question from your map, plus the monthly optimisation work around them.
What you see at the end
The content produced against your question map, with the monthly optimisation work around it. Output follows your chosen programme; this is recurring work, not a one-off handover.
Inbound Conversion Kit
The machinery that turns visibility into enquiries: landing pages built to convert, connection to a CRM, and clear calls to action.
What you see at the end
Landing pages, calls to action and a CRM connection, so enquiries have somewhere to go. Your team still has to respond to them.
Instant-Credibility Pack
Review generation, case-study production, and brand guidelines: the trust signals both humans and AI systems check.
What you see at the end
Review-generation work, brand guidelines and case-study material where you can supply genuine evidence and permission to use it. We cannot create customer proof you do not have.
The first 90 days.
The first quarter is foundations. The roadmap sets the working sequence for your business. Access, the condition of your site and your approvals affect when individual pieces can move. The steps below are dependencies, not promised weekly delivery dates.
Before you sign
Agree what counts.
The audit and alignment establish the questions to target and the citations and mentions to measure across the agreed platforms. The written target goes into your service agreement.
At the start
Return the access checklist.
We send a short access checklist and begin the research phase. Nothing else moves until the checklist is back. You supply the business information that makes the roadmap accurate.
Research first
Set the roadmap, then fix the foundations.
The research identifies the questions, gaps and priorities. It directs the technical work on structured data, business facts and machine signposting before that foundation is built on.
Build on that foundation
Publish, connect and substantiate.
Content follows the question map. Landing pages and the CRM connection give enquiries a route to your team. Credibility work uses the customer evidence you can provide. These strands can overlap; publication depends on the information and approvals needed for each piece.
Throughout the programme
Review the evidence.
The live dashboard covers return on investment, leads and rankings, with a monthly call to walk through it. Read the results alongside what has gone live and what still needs your input.
At 90 days
Check against the written target.
The citation guarantee is measured against what was agreed before signing. It is not a promise of a particular ranking, lead volume or sales result. Content and optimisation remain ongoing work beyond this first quarter.
Guaranteed citations in 90 days, or we work free until you have them.
Citation target agreed in writing before you sign.
Engines choose what to cite.
We control the research, technical work and content we deliver. We do not control what an engine chooses to cite, when it changes an answer or how it ranks a source. The written citation target makes the commitment measurable. It does not give us control of the engine.
Your team owns the sales follow-up.
We build the route from visibility to enquiry. We do not control how quickly your team replies, how it qualifies a lead or whether it closes a sale. An enquiry is not revenue. A CRM connection does not replace sales follow-up.
Information and approvals belong to you.
You need to supply access, accurate business information, customer evidence and approvals on time. Missing inputs hold up the work that depends on them. Results depend on that participation; we cannot publish accurate answers or genuine case studies without it.
Scope has an edge.
Paid advertising and paid-media management are not included. Work outside your programme inclusions is outside scope. Extra work needs a clear agreement; it is not silently absorbed into the monthly fee.
Glass-Box Command Centre
Your live dashboard covering return on investment, leads and rankings, plus a monthly call to walk through it.
Reporting runs alongside delivery. It is not a final phase you wait to reach.
In the live dashboard
See return on investment, leads and rankings. What those measures can tell you depends on the data available. A dashboard cannot show a reliable return before there is evidence of one.
On the monthly call
Walk through the dashboard with us. This is where to discuss what the figures show, what they do not yet show and what the next work depends on.
When the data is ready
Live does not mean every measure exists on day one. Access and the relevant connections are needed before connected data can be shown. Sales outcomes also depend on the information your team records and shares.
Before the work starts.
■ 01How is the citation target set?
During the audit and alignment session we map the questions your buyers ask and agree, in writing, how many citations and mentions across which platforms count as the 90-day target. It goes into your service agreement.
■ 02Is there a contract?
A service agreement with a six-month minimum (twelve on Authority), then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. No setup fees, no hidden extras.
■ 03What happens after the audit?
If you go ahead, we hold your alignment session within a few days, send a short access checklist, and start the research phase. Nothing else moves until the checklist is back, so that's the one deadline that belongs to you.
Start with a free audit.
Three working days. A short written report and a 30-minute walkthrough. No card, no commitment.
